Telemarketing: Giving a voice to BPF among Companies and Entrepreneurs

Banco Português de Fomento has launched, for the first time, a pilot telemarketing campaign, marking another important step in strengthening proximity to the market and relationships with companies and entrepreneurs.

This initiative reinforces the purpose of the Sovereign Bank: to be present, to listen, and to actively support those who drive the economy.

Launched in November, this campaign has two main objectives:
  • To support companies in a closer and more effective way;
  • To gather direct feedback from the market, identifying opportunities to improve our products and processes.
BPF continues to listen, support, and make things happen for and with the companies and entrepreneurs of our country.
