Strategic Recapitalization invested €13.3 million in Vale da Rosa

Banco Português de Fomento, through the Strategic Recapitalization Programme and via the Capitalization and Resilience Fund, invested €13.3 million in Vale da Rosa – Sociedade Agrícola, Lda.

The investment also included participation from Iberian Premium Fruits and SanLucar Company, bringing the total investment to €19,095,000, which will enable:
  • Strengthening the company’s financial capacity;
  • Investment in new refrigeration equipment.
Vale da Rosa is a leading Portuguese company in the agrifood sector, specialized in the production, packaging, and marketing of table grapes.
