Gonçalo Regalado took part in the White Paper "Energy Competitiveness as a Driver of Reindustrialisation”, promoted by the Portuguese Energy Association and presented at the Portugal Energy Conference 2025, which took place on 11 December 2025.

The article addresses the challenges and opportunities of the green transition in Europe as a key factor for competitiveness, reindustrialisation and strategic autonomy, as well as the role of Promotional Banks, in particular Banco Português de Fomento, in mobilising European funds, supporting SMEs and attracting strategic projects.
