BPF at the Webinar “Financing the Energy Transition in MIBEL”

Banco Português de Fomento took part in the webinar "Financing the Energy Transition in MIBEL: Perspectives from Development Banks and Credit Institutions,” organized by the MIBEL Regulators’ Council, which gathered representatives from the Portuguese and Spanish financial sectors.

Manuel Queiroz Ribeiro, Director of Corporate Strategy, International Investment, and Sustainability, highlighted BPF’s role as a development bank and a catalyst for green investment, emphasizing the importance of instruments with public guarantees, such as InvestEU, to make projects viable and support companies.
