ActiveCap Invests €8.2 Million in the OZO Living Group

ActiveCap, a venture capital company participating in the Consolidar Programme, managed by Banco Português de Fomento (BPF) under the Recovery and Resilience Plan (PRR), announced an €8.2 million investment in the OZO Living Group, which specializes in the production of customized furniture.
Through the ActiveCap II fund, the investment seeks to reinforce the group’s European market presence and support its expansion into new markets, especially North America.
To date, ActiveCap has invested a total of €15.8 million in three national companies under the Consolidar Programme.
